The quality of the meat that we buy, as well as how locally it has been reared and butchered is extremely important to us and we chose our butcher based on strict criteria. All our meat comes from J and S Downing, Tavistock www.jandsdowningbutcherstavistock.co.uk

 

Our sausages are made for us fresh to order in their shop in Bere Alston and from pigs reared in Milton Abbot.

The beef usually comes from John and Simon's farm in Brentor and all our beef burgers are handmade in their shop in Tavistock.

 

We use Bidfood, Lee Mill, for our dried goods.

 

In the summer months, we use Honey's Bakery in Horrabridge, who make our hot dog rolls and burger buns to order.

 

We seek to source all our products responsibly and in line with our values.

 

This means we are committed to sourcing all our food locally, sourcing high quality produce; ensuring that our meat and poultry comes from local farms which practice the highest standards in animal welfare and minimising our environmental impact.
